Can I send you a broken watch?

Yes.  We will happy to quote to buy your used and non-working watches.  Many watches we receive have not worked for many years or may require a service which makes them not economically viable to fix at a jewellers.

Can I send you more than one watch?

Yes.  We receive many job lot of watches usually found in house clear outs.  We are happy to quote to buy any lots from you.

How quickly will I receive my quote?

We try to respond the same day during working hour however during busy periods we may respond the next working day.

How quickly will I get paid?

We usually pay on the same working day of receipt of your watch (Mon-Fri) however during periods we may pay the next working day.

Do you offer a sale or return service?

No.  We will only offer to buy your watch outright.  We do not sell watches on commission or offer part exchange.

Can I send you watches from outside the UK?

No.  For the time being we only operate in the UK.

Do you pay for my postage?

No.  You will need to cover postage and appropriate insurance yourself.  We are able to quote higher prices to purchase your watch by not covering this cost.  We will however cover the return postage cost should you not accept our final offer to buy your watch.

How should I post my watch to you?

We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery (provides insurance up to £2,500).  We use a Royal Mail PO Box forwarding address, therefore your package will be tracked until delivery at our premises.

Can I deliver my watch to you in person?

No.  We keep costs down by not having a physical location open to the public.  This is also for security purposes given the value of the watches we hold.

Are there any watches you don’t buy?

Yes.  Please refer to our ‘Watches we Buy‘ page for watches we do not buy.

Why did you not provide a quote to buy my watch?

Please see our Watches we Buy‘ page.  Remember, we can still offer you the scrap value of your watch however it will not always be economically viable to send it to us unless you are selling as part of a large job lot.

We may also not quote if images of the actual watch are not attached, or insufficient information to identify the watch model are entered.

Where do you sell your watches?

We sell our watches through a number of third party dealers and retail outlets.  At present we are not seeking any further partnerships.
